Choose Apple Silicon when the chip begins with Apple M. Choose Intel when the processor name contains Intel.

You can download either file, but the Apple Silicon build runs only on arm64 M-series Macs and the Intel build runs on x86_64 Intel Macs. Choose the build matching the chip shown in About This Mac.
