1. Overview
BTC Flasher aims to collect the minimum information reasonably necessary to operate the site, deliver downloads, provide documentation, and respond to support or legal requests.
By using the site, you acknowledge the practices described in this privacy policy.
2. Information collected
Information you provide
This may include information you send through email, Telegram, purchase workflows, support requests, or access-related communications.
Technical information
The site or hosting environment may log technical details such as IP address, browser type, referring page, device details, request timestamps, requested files, and basic diagnostic information.
Download and access records
Download requests, access-tier fulfillment, token issuance, or repository-delivery events may be recorded to support delivery, abuse prevention, and operational troubleshooting.
Public review submissions
If you submit a review, your name, access tier, rating, title, review text, and any optional version or platform information you provide are collected. If you select anonymous display, your submitted name remains available for moderation but the public review displays “Anonymous Participant” instead. A one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address and browser information is stored for rate limiting and abuse prevention; the public review does not display those technical identifiers.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure the site, deliver files or access credentials, respond to support requests, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve site reliability.
Information may also be used to verify purchase fulfillment, diagnose download or setup issues, and maintain accurate support history.
Review information may be used to moderate submissions, investigate spam or impersonation, verify participant access when possible, publish approved reports, and maintain the integrity of the public review record.
4. Sharing and disclosure
Information is not sold as a general marketing database. Information may be shared when necessary with hosting providers, payment processors, technical service providers, legal advisors, or authorities where disclosure is required to operate the service, enforce terms, or comply with law.
Access to information is limited to the extent reasonably needed for those purposes.
5. Retention
Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, operational security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record, the nature of the transaction, and whether an abuse, payment, or legal issue remains unresolved.
Published reviews may remain public until removed. Pending or rejected submissions and their abuse-prevention hashes may be retained as reasonably necessary to enforce submission limits, resolve disputes, and prevent repeated misuse.
6. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
You are responsible for protecting your own devices, downloads, credentials, and communication channels.
7. Third-party services
The site may link to third-party services such as Telegram, GitLab, email providers, app distribution endpoints, or payment platforms. Those services operate under their own policies and terms.
BTC Flasher is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services you choose to use.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to operational, contractual, security, and legal limits.
Requests may require identity verification before action is taken.
9. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@btcflasher.com. Include enough detail for the request to be reviewed and responded to accurately.
